I love today’s weather even if it is a little gloomy. With the moderate temperature and the misty rain hitting my face as I walk around campus it is so refreshing and seems to heighten my sense of being fully alive (deep I know…and the day is still early).

A day like today reminds me of a card I once saw at a shop in an airport that resonated with me.  The card featured a quotation from Roger Miller and said, "Some people walk in the rain, others just get wet."  

I walk in the rain and I love every minute of it…but I acknowledge that I have been known to run in a downpour. 😉
