I will keep it brief today. I am up late as I once again ate my own cooking which has left me feeling a little iffy (that or I am pregnant…hmmm). Some day I may just learn to cook meals that do not inflict harm on me or others…I still have plenty of time to pick up that skill.

Today is day thirty-one of the new forty and day thirty of my blog. Today I would like to take the time to say thank you to all of you who have read my blog, commented both online and to me directly and generally have supported my movement into this more public chronicling of my thoughts, life and adventures.

I have so enjoyed the opportunity to write every day and I have hundreds of other things to share with you, but today I just want to share my thanks for your support and encouragement.

In addition to the joy of writing, I have grown quite fond of following some of the adventures of the other bloggers on this site that are incredible writers and have provided me with insight and laughter. There is a little community here I have learned and it is quite welcoming.

So thanks for checking in on me in the new forty. I have put you all in my will, and given my cooking skills you may have something to look forward to. Now if you could just collectively pray that I win the lottery being in my will might be worth a bit more…although, upon winning the lottery I might just hire a personal chef…but I’d still be sure to invite you all to dinner. 🙂
