I was thinking about being a pirate for Halloween.  I saw a cute pirate outfit in The Pyramid Collection catalog and ordered it.

The pirate costume came in the mail today.  It is just as cute as it was in the catalog.  I was not disappointed.  I held it up to show Cheyenne and here is how the dialogue that followed went.

Cheyenne: “Does it come with pants?”

Me: “No.  It’s a dress.”

Cheyenne: “It needs pants…it’s too short.”

Me: “It’s not too short.”

Cheyenne: “It’s too short.”

Me: “I am going to try it on and you’ll see it isn’t too short.”

I tried it on.

Me: “Yeah, it’s too short.  It barely covers my butt.  It’s going back.”

Cheyenne: “I told you.”

Me: “Hmmmmphh.”

Back to the drawing board on the Halloween costume.  Maybe I’ll look for something with pants. 😉
